Bubbly!

Bubbly line from Reminisce...super cute stuff! I left some directions for you in Scraptales if you'd like to make some paper cones. Who wouldn't love to get one of these filled with some summer goodies? (or even some back to school supplies for a student or teacher?)

Bubbly layout was done with supplies from the paper line, as well as some popdots for dimension and some dimensional adhesive to make the stickers pop a bit more. Aren't these seahorses too cute?
