Maxi-mum Summer

 Jane found this dress that Mom had made for me that never quite fit me right.  I cut it down for Jane and she'd been eying the turquoise eyelet, so I used that for straps. Penny had picked out this silky fabric last fall.  I used the Oliver + S popover pattern for the bodice and gathered it quite a bit so it would be full.  Ended up adding more length to it.  It's very full, but light and silky.  They love maxi length dresses, that's for sure!
